CEPAD USA is an IRS 501c3 national non-denominational Christian nonprofit
financially supporting the efforts of CEPAD Nicaragua, (National Council of Protestant
Churches). CEPAD works to train, educate and assist in Leadership of small rural
communities throughout Nicaragua.

The Board of Directors of CEPAD USA is seeking to contract with a person to do the
following administrative activities for CEPAD USA:
Administrative Position:
(1) Manage Quickbooks on a monthly basis and prepare reports for the Board of
Directors;
(2) Maintain a database of donors that is readily accessible to Board members;
(3) Process electronic and mail donations (banking and mail responsibilities),
mail thank you notes and annual tax statements to donors
(4) Respond to emails as the first point of entry and direct all correspondence to
the appropriate Board member;
(5) In conjunction with Treasurer and the Finance Committee draft an Annual
budget for CEPAD-USA;
(6) Meet with the CEPAD-USA Board of Directors monthly and their
committees when necessary’ and keep Board members informed.
This person will work remotely 10-15 hours a week, will be under the supervision of the
Board, and will be paid an hourly rate bi-weekly depending upon the number of hours
worked. Pay will be based upon the experience of the person hired.

following Marketing and Communications activities for CEPAD USA:
Marketing and Communication Position:
(1) Maintain and administer the CEPAD-USA website;
(2) Design and produce materials for the donor program;
(3) Produce the quarterly CEPAD Report, Facebook post, photos, videos with
help from CEPAD staff in Nicaragua and with help from CEPAD-USA Board
members;
(4) Help Board members identify potential donors and funding opportunities
through churches and other institutions;
(5) Meet with the CEPAD-USA Board of Directors monthly and their
committees when necessary, and keep Board members informed.
This person will work remotely 10-15 hours a week, will be under the supervision of the
Board, and will be paid an hourly rate bi-weekly depending upon the number of hours
worked. Pay will be based upon the experience of the person hired.
